COMMUNICATIONS
Shape the Narrative.
Something's coming.
A price rise.
A growth target.
A restructure.
Bad press.
Been there, written those. 8am all-staff emails, holding statements, fifteen-round approval processes. And we've seen the engagement survey results where the lowest score is always the one about leadership.

Planned
An announcement, a restructure, a launch with enough lead time to be strategic and ensure the message lands.
Spend it or build it.
Reputation is an asset.
Reputation is something you bank. Every time you speak publicly, you make a deposit or a withdrawal. Build enough of it and you win work before the shortlist is written. Good people come looking for you. A cheaper competitor doesn’t force your price down. And when something goes wrong, you have enough in the bank to be believed.
So we treat it like anything else that makes you money. We work out what you stand for in public, what's worth saying, where it goes and who hears it first. Wins, hires, milestones, a new contract, a site opening, a rebrand. We write it, we sequence it, and we keep it going, because one announcement doesn't compound.
Need to know vS. want to say.
Words people
can follow.
Someone up top decides something, tells the managers, and each of them explains it differently to their own crew. By the end of the week there's a version going round that nobody actually said.
We sit down with whoever's making the call and work out what people need to know versus what you want to say. Then we cut the second one, translate the first, and write the one version everyone uses.
We'll also tell you where it'll land badly before you send it, and what people will say to each other afterwards. We wouldn't be helping you if we didn't.
DAMAGE CONTROL
When it hits the fan.
Reputation takes years to build and one wrong move to threaten.
We can help prepare for what could go wrong, and handle it when it does. Quickly, calmly, and without saying something in hour two that creates a bigger problem in week six.
